What information will Arena collect about you?

  • We collect information – name and email address – about you when you complete our on-line enquiry form
  • If we provide software database services to you, we will act as a processor to store your client’s information for such period of time as prescribed by you and set out within a contract or service level agreement entered into with you.

How will Arena use the data they collect about you?

Your information will assist us to investigate and respond to your enquiry.In addition where we process personal data for third parties, we will process such data in accordance with the specific instructions of the controller.

How long is the information retained for?

We retain information as per our retention policy, which is in line with Data Protection legislation. We may keep your personal data after a particular matter or exchange has concluded, but purely for record keeping purposes, legal requirements and/orto be able to respond to queries.

A single copy of the data will be provided free of charge.

Arena will require you to verify your identity by requesting as a minimum photographic ID and a utility bill prior to the release of any data.
